Architectural Excellence Beyond Borders: In a world increasingly interconnected, architects play a pivotal role. As Convener of the Canada Chapter, we are honored to witness the realization of a dream years in the making, embracing diversity and inclusivity in design.
Key Contributors and Insights: The event was graced by esteemed speakers and guests, including Chief Guest Mr. Md Faruk Hossain, Bangladesh Consul General at Toronto; Lisa Landrum, President, Canadian Architectural Certification Board and Chair and Associate Professor, Department of Architectural Science, Toronto Metropolitan University; Dr. Ulrike Al-Khamis, Director and Chief Executive Officer of the Aga Khan Museum; Clenton Afonso,Event Coordinator of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO); Claudiu Filimon,Talent Acquisition Specialist at Toronto Metropolitan University; and Charbel Moreno, Associate Director of Business Development, Government & Special Projects at the University of Toronto, School of Continuing Studies whose contributions enriched the discourse on innovation and sustainability in architecture.
