The results of the VII Baku International Architecture Award 2025, organized by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Union of Architects of the Republic of Azerbaijan, with the support of the International Union of Architects (UIA), were announced on October 2, 2025, at the Four Seasons Hotel, Baku.
This prestigious international platform once again witnessed the excellence of Bangladeshi architects — with five projects from Bangladesh being honored across multiple categories:
Category B – Best Implemented Project of Residential Architecture
• Second Place: “Neer – Vacation House” by Ar. Zishan Fuad Chowdhury
• Third Place: “Meghrod (Sun and Cloud)” by Ar. Mohammad Masud
Category C – Best Implemented Interior
• Second Place: “Coca-Cola Office Interior” by Ar. Sharif Uddin Ahammed
• Third Place: “Mak Design House” by Ar. Shams Sanjida
Category D – Best Non-Realized Project
• Second Place: “Masjid Al Luqman” by Ar. Iqbal Sarawat
These achievements bring immense pride to Bangladesh, showcasing the creativity, innovation, and global competitiveness of our architects.
